Are you based in Ghana with sales experience in SaaS or Big Tech and seeking your next ample opportunity in an international company? We need someone like you to help turn incoming leads into paying customers. As a pivotal team member, you’ll be responsible for engaging with leads through Zendesk chatbots and email marketing, utilizing your sales expertise to drive real impact for our business. Who Are We Looking For

Background in sales roles such as Customer Support, Inbound, SDR
4+ years of startup experience
Based in Ghana, with proven English proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in BBA or related field
Experience collaborating with diverse teams and clients
Proficient in Excel
YC background is a plus


What You’ll Do

Our primary objective for the next quarter is to bolster sales by converting leads into paying customers through email and chatbot. To achieve this, we’ll concentrate on the following:

Engaging with leads through chatbots, emails, and eventually meetings with potential clients
Monitoring sales performance and refining processes accordingly
Establishing protocols for inbound sales, encompassing email communication and sales scripts


You Stand Out if

You’ve previously worked at a startup, ideally in B2B services sales, particularly within a SaaS company.
