Cocoa Processing Company Limited (CPC), established in 1965 and headquartered in Tema, is a renowned player in the cocoa processing industry. Incorporated as a limited liability company on November 30, 1981, CPC has been publicly listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange since February 14, 2003.
With three state-of-the-art factories, including two Cocoa Factories and a Confectionery Factory, CPC is dedicated to transforming raw cocoa beans into high-quality semi-finished products. Our Cocoa Factories produce Cocoa Liquor, Butter, and Natural/Alkalized Cake or Powder, while our Confectionery Factory specializes in crafting a range of delicious treats.
