Enterprise Group Plc, the holding company of the group, was established on November 24th, 2008, with a rich history dating back to 1924 when it originated as the iconic Enterprise Insurance Company, making it Ghana’s oldest insurance company. In a pioneering move, it became the first insurance company in Ghana to be publicly listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) in 1991.
In 2010, Enterprise Group Plc emerged as the holding company following a strategic restructuring, subsequently replacing Enterprise Insurance on the GSE and reinforcing its commitment to providing unmatched insurance and financial services.
