In 2017, we embraced the art of roasting coffee, transforming beans into exquisite treasures of flavour. A defining moment arrived when our dedicated roaster, Miss Ivy Wereh, ventured across continents to California, USA, immersing herself in a transformative coffee boot camp. This voyage culminated in her earning the esteemed title of a certified speciality roaster, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence.
