The Peace Institute, Ghana actively collaborates with various local and international institutes, think tanks, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to collectively work towards a more peaceful and harmonious world. Objectives:

  1. Conflict Resolution: We specialize in intervening and arbitrating in communal disputes, land tenure issues, and traditional authority conflicts, ultimately contributing to the restoration of peace.
  2. Negotiation: Our institute is adept at intervening and negotiating in various domains such as social, political, economic, technological, environmental, and legal issues to prevent mass unrest and misunderstandings.
  3. Research: We conduct comprehensive research in conflict-prone and volatile regions, contributing valuable insights that aid in conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
  4. Conflict Management: The Peace Institute, Ghana takes a proactive stance on border crimes, disarmament, rehabilitation, and the reintegration of conflict victims to help them rebuild their lives.
  5. Promoting Peaceful Values: We actively promote peaceful values and social justice, with a strong commitment to equity and fairness in society.
  6. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): We are dedicated to promoting, educating, and advocating for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) and beyond.
