We collaborate with local research institutes, such as the Savannah Agricultural Research Institute (SARI) and Crops Research Institute (CRI), to expand agronomic knowledge and develop best fertilizer protocols. Our trials on cereals and oil palm nutrition across different agro-ecological zones are instrumental in advancing farming practices.
In the cocoa sector, Yara Ghana has played a vital role in supporting the country’s goal of reaching one million metric tonnes. Through collaborations with the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana (CRIG), we have introduced the “Asaase Wura” cocoa fertilizer and YaraLiva Nitrabor, improving soil fertility and increasing yields and incomes for many farmers.
