Values: What qualities do your target audience value? What do they cherish? What are the most important things to them? Capture the ones your business can honestly deliver.
Emotions: When people do business with you, how do you want them to feel? What emotions do want them to have after each transaction? Do you want them to feel happy, safe, loved, and so on? Use them in your business description.
Benefits: What are the main advantages of using your products? Is it price, durability, delivery, and so forth?
